A picture has emerged capturing a tourist throwing boiling water into the air in Finland, resulting in a cloud of icy dust. The tourist, as reported to Reuters, escaped unharmed as the boiling water transformed instantly into a frozen cloud that dispersed. Finland experienced exceptionally frigid weather this week, with temperatures dropping to −30°C on New Year’s Day.
