A video posted by Figure, an OpenAI-supported startup, demonstrates its humanoid robot named ‘Figure 01’ lifting containers and placing them onto a conveyor belt. According to Figure, the entire operation was conducted autonomously. The startup announced on Thursday that it has secured $675 million in funding from various investors, including Microsoft, NVIDIA, and Intel, valuing the company at $2.6 billion.
