In the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections, the BJP has selected Dr. Madhavi Latha Kompella as its nominee for the Hyderabad constituency, presenting a challenge to AIMIM’s Asaduddin Owaisi. Dr. Kompella is the chairperson of Virinchi Hospital and leads the non-profit organization, Lopamudra Charitable Trust. She marks the BJP’s first female candidate in Hyderabad. Additionally, the BJP has revealed eight other candidates for the Lok Sabha polls in Telangana.
