In an internal memo, OpenAI’s Chief Strategy Officer, Jason Kwon, stated that the startup “strongly disagrees” with Elon Musk’s lawsuit against it. The memo suggested that Musk’s claims in the lawsuit might arise from his regrets about not being currently involved with the company. Musk has alleged that OpenAI violated its founding contract, which aimed to develop AI “for the benefit of humanity.”
