According to the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT), the consecration of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya has led to business activity totaling ₹1.25 lakh crore. The trade body noted that Uttar Pradesh saw transactions amounting to ₹40,000 crore, while Delhi generated business worth ₹25,000 crore. Republic reported a significant increase in sales of Mandir-related merchandise such as flags, caps, paintings, bindis, and more.
