The government has released a compilation of nine statistical figures delineating India’s remarkable progress in various aspects. The proportion of multidimensionally poor individuals in India decreased from 29.2% during 2013-14 to 11.3% in 2022-23. Simultaneously, the female labor force participation rate witnessed an upward trajectory, surging from 23.3% in 2017-18 to 37% in 2022-23. Additionally, global investments in the country experienced a notable increase, rising from $298 million between 2005 and 2014 to $596 million in the period spanning 2014 to 2023. Furthermore, the count of airports elevated from 74 in the fiscal year 2015 to 149 in the fiscal year 2022.
