The Ministry of External Affairs has issued guidance for Indian citizens either traveling to or residing in Rakhine, Myanmar. Citing the worsening security conditions, disruptions in communication channels, and significant shortages of essential goods, the advisory strongly discourages Indian nationals from traveling to Rakhine. Additionally, it advises Indians already present in Rakhine to depart from the region without delay.
